Zepbound (vial or KwikPen): $299 for 2.5 mg, $399 for 5 mg, $449 for 7.5 mg to 15 mg with on-time refills.¹²
On-time means your first fill at a strength, or a refill within 45 days of the last delivery. A refill more than 45 days later costs $499 (7.5 mg) or $699 (10 mg to 15 mg) for Zepbound, and $349 for Foundayo 14.5 mg and 17.2 mg.¹³
Foundayo: $149 to $299 for 30 tablets; the 2.5 mg and 5.5 mg prices are temporary through December 31, 2026.³
Mounjaro: $499 for every strength, through Eli Lilly's Mounjaro program (the listing links to go.lilly.com).⁴
